I saw this young Osprey circling overhead near the empty nest. It made me wonder if it is the one that fledged from that nest a few weeks ago. His tail and wing feathers seem a bit sparse and he didn't seem quite as large as a full grown Osprey. His eyes are not orange, but they aren't the vibrant yellow of the full grown Osprey either. So, maybe he was checking out his birthplace?
