Some days the wildlife will come to you!
We haven't had a chance to go to the wildlife refuge in quite a while. But, when the wildlife will just come to your yard, why leave home!? The bobcat even came through a couple of times last week. Click on the Wlidlife Cam tab at the top of this page, then scroll down to the last 2 pics.
I had to search around, but finally figured out that this is a Carolina Wren. It had a very loud chirp for such a little thing!
The Ospreys continue to build their nest. One thing is for sure, they are not very neat nest builders!
He got nervous with me watching, so he flew to a nearby tree. But, he kept an eye on me the whole time!
Yep, still watching!
Lots of Egrets around the water at the edge of our yard.
